Our quality grading system ensures transparency in every purchase. Each component is tested and assigned a grade from A+ (like new) to C (functional with cosmetic wear) so you know exactly what you are getting.
Our quality process
- Receiving and inspection. Every part that arrives is logged, photographed, and given an initial visual inspection.
- Functional testing. Parts undergo thorough testing to verify full functionality before grading.
- Grading and documentation. Each part is assigned a cosmetic grade and documented with detailed notes.
- Packaging and shipping. Parts are carefully packaged using appropriate materials and shipped with tracking.
What the grade means
The grade describes cosmetic condition only. Every grade is fully functional and tested: A+ is like new, the A and B grades show light to moderate cosmetic wear, and C has visible wear.
High-value items are tracked by serial number, and you can request photos of any specific part before you buy.
