Keep your order number, that is all we need to look you up. Some items are eligible for an extended 60 day window, which you can request when you register your part. eBay orders follow the return terms on that eBay listing, and registering the order on our site extends its warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect functionality. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
