The board has two USB A ports and a microSD card slot, and the flex is attached to the board connector as shown. Visible marks: dark residue on the metal shell of one USB port (photo 7). No cracks, burns or bent pins are visible on either side. Re tested at pack time before it ships. You get the exact board and cable shown.
